Pre-registration for In-person Service

Pre-registration for In-person Service

New Salem members and friends,

Interested in attending an in-person service at New Salem? Watch the eNewsletter for the weekly registration form every Monday at 8 a.m. Or go to the home page of this website, scroll down to Experience Worship In-Person and click on the purple button.

Church doors open at 10 a.m. and the Worship Experience begins at 11 a.m. Each worshiper must show proof of vaccination for entry – either your vaccination card or a picture of your vaccination card on your phone.

Limited seating will be available for in-person worship. Entry to the church will only be provided to those with confirmed registration and proof of vaccination. No on-site registration will be available. We will not have Promiseland (children’s church) or the Well Worship Service for youth at this time.

Just a few tips when registering online:

  • You can register multiple worshipers. For example, you can register your husband, each child, and your grandmother. Please make sure you register yourself if you are registering for multiple worshipers.
  • Everyone must be registered or No entry.
  • Please either print or take a screenshot of the QR code on your phone. You will need the QR code for check-in and entry to the sanctuary.

Remember, safety is the number one priority. Prior to your arrival at the church, the sanctuary will be disinfected, and markers placed on the pews to guide social distancing. Once you arrive at the church, there will be one point of entry and exit for all worshipers. All children and youth must be pre-registered and remain with their parents/guardians during the service.

Masks are required upon entering and you will be asked to sanitize your hands at the available sanitizing stations. Wear a mask that covers your mouth and your nose to prevent the spread of illness. You must wear your mask at all times during the worship service and maintain social distance. Let’s not forget that we are still living with COVID-19 and its variants. We encourage everyone to please get the vaccine and booster to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Remember, from the comfort of your home or wherever you view the New Salem Worship Service, we will broadcast live from the sanctuary on Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and Church Online. Sunday School will remain on the Zoom virtual platform starting at 9 a.m.
