The Ministry Development Team provides growth and development experiences for ministry teams and personnel, to help ensure the good health of New Salem's ministries and programs.

• Serving Coaches - help to recruit and connect persons to a ministry that coincides with their specific passion and call
• Development Coaches - coordinate workshops, seminars, and other discipleship opportunities that will assist in the development of both current and new ministry leaders
